Harford Community College is a small-sized community college North of Baltimore, MD. We are Banner school and we have a small IT shop. We experienced many issues with Banner performance and we decided to upgrade our middle tier servers and at the same time upgrade our Oracle version to Web Logic/Fusion server. We needed an experienced consultant to help us through this upgrade process. We were very fortunate that Tech Proven was there to help us out. They did a wonderful job in spearheading the migration and it was easy to communicate with them. We are very satisfied with the consultancy cost, the work done, and the timeliness of the deliverables, which helped us in meeting our student registration schedule.
